Policy

Please respect that the time you book is dedicated to you. The full fee will be charged for appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice. If you are late, treatment time will not be extended and you will be charged the full amount.

Treatment time includes assessment and treatment within that charged time frame. I recommend that new clients arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a health history.

Information about your treatment and assessment, and that which you provide regarding your health history, is strictly confidential and will not be shared unless required by law or expressed after the written and verbal consent of the client.

Insurance receipts will not be granted to recipients of gift certificates.
